The event began with a Welcome Movie projected in the ROMA 3 room, an immersive 360º experience that captured the attention of all guests from the very beginning. The projection was customised with the company’s branding, adding a touch of exclusivity and distinction, generating a memorable impact among participants.
The core activities of the convention took place in the Alexandria Room, where a large central LED screen served as a visual support for the presentations and speeches. In addition, various interactive workshops were held in the Cartago Rooms, encouraging the exchange of ideas and collaborative work among attendees.
Spaces adapted to the needs of the convention
To ensure the comfort and efficiency of the event, a variety of spaces were available within the PortAventura Convention Centre. The plenary meeting took place in the Alexandria Room, equipped with cutting-edge audiovisual technology. Workshops were also held in the Cartago, Barcino, and Damascus Rooms, offering different formats for the work sessions.
Catering services were provided in the Roma Room, halls, and terraces, where 2,800 buffet meals and 2,800 coffee breaks were served, as well as a gala dinner with the 700 guests, totalling more than 6,300 individual catering services.
Attendees were accommodated in PortAventura World hotels, such as Hotel PortAventura, Hotel Colorado Creek, and Hotel Vila Centric, ensuring comfort and proximity to the event.
The closing night was one of the most anticipated moments, with a spectacular gala dinner at La Cantina, followed by a DJ set and dance floor, ending the convention with a festive and exclusive atmosphere.
